Shipping

We usually ship orders within 2 working days after you’ve ordered.

We work Monday to Friday and are closed at the weekend and on UK public holidays. This means if you order on a weekend your order should be shipped by the end of Tuesday. We’ll send you an email when your order has been packed and shipped.

Returns

Any unsuitable items can be returned for a refund within 30 days.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

Unsuitable items must be returned in the same condition that you received them in, unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in any original packaging.

 

UK Returns

We offer a Royal Mail UK returns service for a flat fee of £2.95. There is no charge up-front and we will deduct the fee from your refund.

You can also start a return from your customer account page or you can contact us directly. You’ll receive an email with a link to download a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items.

If you choose to send your return using another shipping method we always recommend you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for anything lost in the post.

Returns From Outside The UK

If you are returning unwanted items from outside the UK you are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping. We always recommend you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for anything lost in the post.

On any customs paperwork please describe the contents as “returned goods” to avoid any delays.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges for unsuitable items. Instead, just return the unwanted original item for a refund and then make a new order for the replacement.

  

Order Mistakes & Faulty Items

Was there a mistake with your order? Did something arrive damaged or has something you’ve bought from us developed a fault?

Contact us and we’ll sort this out right away.

And don’t worry, if we need you to send anything back to us it won’t cost you anything.

 

Refunds

If we’re sending you a refund we will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have processed it.

However, banks and payment providers can take several working days to process a refund after we have submitted it to them. Some refunds happen instantly, others can take over a week. Unfortunately this is not something we can control and we appreciate your patience.

If you haven’t received your refund 7 days after we’ve sent your refund confirmation then contact us so we can investigate.

Refunds will always be automatically made to the original payment method.
