Gift Cards are non-refundable. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be cancelled and replaced without the required proof of purchase. Contact our customer service team for details.
Recipients of Gift Cards who shop online and ship products internationally, must shop on Kavu.co.uk. We only ship to the locations specified in our Shipping Policy.

If the value of your Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining Gift Card balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.
